Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Time: Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days via UPS.

  • No PO Boxes: Please provide a physical address, as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

  • Tracking & Insurance: All orders include tracking and are fully insured. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Return Policy

  • Made-to-Order Items: These items are custom-made per your order and are non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

  • Stock Items: Stock (non-custom) items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

    • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Returned items must be in original, unused condition.

Damaged Orders

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

  • We require clear photos of the damage and packaging to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • Once received, we will quickly send a replacement at no cost to you.
