This warranty is for replacement or refund of the mold only. We ask for the mold back so that it may be inspected to see if it failed or if it has been misused . Any bent molds will not be accepted for a refund. If the mold failed due to craftmanship or a flaw in the material you will receave a full refund or exchange.
